These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and Pulse Core Vector Axis. By accessing this website or using any of the services described here, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

3.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all associated programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. Pulse Core Vector Axis makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the materials provided.

The programmes are designed as structured cognitive exercises and are not clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, or medical services of any kind. Results are not guaranteed.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Core Vector Axis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its programmes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, technical failures, or regulatory changes.

4. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

—Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan.
—Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. If this fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
—Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
—Modifications: These terms may be updated at any time. We will revise the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

Payment, cancellation and refund procedure

Where Pulse Core Vector Axis offers paid sessions, programmes or consultations, fees are quoted in Japanese yen and may be subject to Japanese consumption tax (currently 10 percent) where applicable. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations received more than 72 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund; cancellations between 72 and 24 hours receive a 50 percent refund or a single complimentary reschedule; cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. If a refund cannot be issued via the original method (e.g., expired card), we will contact you to arrange a bank transfer to a verified Japanese account.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Japanese law, Pulse Core Vector Axis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to Pulse Core Vector Axis in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or (b) ten thousand Japanese yen (¥10,000). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulse Core Vector Axis and its representatives from any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our services.

Account suspension, termination and data return

Pulse Core Vector Axis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid services at our reasonable discretion where (i) you materially breach these Terms; (ii) we are required to do so by Japanese law, regulation, or court order; or (iii) continued provision would expose us or other users to material risk of harm. On termination, we will return or securely delete personal data we hold about you within a reasonable period, save for records we are legally required to retain. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued before the date of termination, including any outstanding payment obligations.
